Mental health and Wellbeing in the workplace in Wales

October 10th is World mental health day.

This year we are asking you to complete and share our survey so that we can learn more about working life and mental health.

The survey is confidential but we’ll gather broad trends and use them to make changes in workplaces across Wales.

We all have mental health.

One in four people will experience mental health problems in any given year.

One in six workers are affecting by conditions such as anxiety, depression and stress.

We want to know more about mental health and the Welsh workplace.

Your responses will help us create useful resources on how workplaces can improve mental health and well-being for everyone.
