Abdalla began volunteering with C3SC in November 2023, using his skills and professional experience as an accountant and accountancy lecturer to support our finance and admin systems. With an eye for detail, Abdalla has provided fresh insights into how C3SC can streamline operations. Abdalla is the proud winner of the Volunteering-Wales Most Active Volunteer category at the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2024.

Noori has supported C3SC since February 2024, and with a background in graphic design, has helped re-design the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2024 sponsorship document. In addition, Noori has created several of our promotional videos including ‘I’m a Volunteer’ for which he also stars in as part of the #VolunteersWeek40 campaign. A dedicated individual, Noori is always friendly and happy to help in the office!

Modesta began volunteering with C3SC in November 2023 as a Digital Communications Volunteer. Alongside completing her Master’s in Strategic Marketing, Modesta has been supporting C3SC with creating digital content and messaging for social media including being involved with the #VolunteersWeek40 campaign. She is polite, and always seen smiling whenever she’s in the office, bringing a positive energy to everyone at C3SC!

Maria joined the team at C3SC as a volunteer at the beginning of the year, Bringing her insight and skills from her Master’s degree in Website Administration and Engineering, Maria has been providing fabulous support with refreshing C3SC’s website and membership portal and helping to make them easier to use and navigate

Catherine began volunteering with C3SC in April 2024, while completing her Master’s in Strategic Marketing. Her support to date includes working on the #VolunteersWeek40 campaign and the Cardiff Volunteer Awards 2024 campaign. Catherine brings a friendly and positive energy to her role as a volunteer. She tells us, ‘Volunteering is an amazing experience. I have learned new things, boosted my social skills…I feel enriched!’

Andy has been supporting C3SC for several years as our Volunteer Photographer, notably at two of C3SC’s annual flagship events – the Cardiff Volunteer Awards, and the Annual General Meeting and Members’ Forum. Andy brings his experience of capturing the beautiful and empowering moments of each event, carefully documenting the community spirit brought by our members with support from our team of fantastic volunteers and trustees.
