Cardiff Third Sector Council exists to support and develop Cardiff’s third sector. Working with the Welsh Government and WCVA, we are committed to increasing the knowledge and skills of the sector to ensure that groups and organisations in Cardiff can make themselves sustainable and meet the needs of their communities.
