The Welsh Government is committed to improving the diversity of public appointments and has outlined its approach in the Anti-racist Wales Action Plan and the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for Public Appointments. These initiatives support a key Ministerial priority to create inclusive leadership across Wales.
