Under the Ombudsman Wales new Strategic Plan, there is a commitment to strengthening the relationship with third sector organisations in Wales. Ombudsman Wales want to do more to raise awareness of when referrals to their service can help. They also want to secure consistent and reliable insights from third sector organisations into issues affecting public service users across Wales.
To help best target this work, Ombudsman Wales want to capture awareness of the role and powers of the organisation within the sector. You are therefore invited you to complete a short survey.
