Helo,

Rydyn ni’n gwybod, y pwysau a’r gwaith caled sy’n mynd ymlaen i gefnogi pobl ledled Cymru yn ystod argyfwng COVID-19 a hoffem ddiolch i chi am yr hyn rydych chi’n ei wneud.

Rydym wedi creu ymgyrchEdrych ar ôl ein gilydd i’ch cefnogi chi a’ch cymuned yn ystod y cyfnod digyffelyb hwn.

Nod yr ymgyrch Edrych ar ôl ein gilydd yw i rhoi cyngor ac ysbrydoliaeth i bobl ymdopi â’r cyfnod anodd yma, p’un a yw hynny drwy wirfoddoli, aros mewn cysylltiad, neu gadw’n brysur yn feddyliol ac yn gorfforol.

Dyma ffilm fer ar y pethau y gall pobl eu gwneud er mwyn edrych ar ôl ein gilydd:

Mae tudalennau gwe newydd (Cymraeg a Saesneg) sy’n cynnwys llawer o wybodaeth am sut gall pobl edrych ar ôl eu hunain a’i gilydd.

Mae sianeli Twitter Cymunedau Llywodraeth Cymru (Cymraeg a Saesneg) wedi cael eu hail-frandio i gefnogi’r ymgyrch, ac mae tudalen Facebook newydd wedi cael ei chreu.

Sut gallwch chi gymryd rhan?:

  • Ymunwch â’r gymuned – dilynwch y sianeli Twitter a Facebook
  • Cefnogwch a rhannwchgynnwys gyda’ch cynulleidfa chi
  • Rhannu’r wybodaeth gyda adrannau eraill o fewn eich sefydliad
  • Os oes gennych gyngor arbenigol a all helpu pobl i edrych ar ôl ei hunain neu ei gilydd yn ystod argyfwngCOVID-19, cysylltwch â ni drwy EPS.Comms-Communities@llyw.cymru. Gallai hyn fod yn neges rydych chi wedi ei rhoi neu’n bwriadu ei rhoi ar eich sianeli chi ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol, neu’n syniad am gynnwys y gallen ni weithio arno gyda’n gilydd.
  • Bydden ni hefyd yn falch o glywed beth rydych chi’n ei wneud i helpu’r gymuned yn ystod COVID-19. A fyddech cystal ag ychwanegu EPS.Comms-Communities@llyw.cymrui’ch rhestr e-bost neu eich rhestr o gysylltiadau’r wasg?
  • Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau pellach, cysylltwch ag aelod o’n tîm drwy EPS.Comms-Communities@llyw.cymru

Diolch.

Hello,

We know, the pressure and the hard work that goes on to support people across Wales during theCOVID-19 crisis and we’d like to thank you for what you’re doing.

We have created a campaign Looking out for each other to support you and your community during these unprecedented times.

The aim of the campaign is to give people advice and inspiration to navigate these trying times, whether that’s through volunteering, keeping connected or staying mentally and physically active.

Here’s a film, voiced by Michael Sheen, on things people can do to look out for each other:

New web pages (English and Welsh) have a range of information on how people can look out for themselves and each other.

The WG Communities Twitter channels (English and Welsh) have been rebranded to support the campaign and a newFacebook page has been created.

We would love if you could help us out by:

  • Joining the community – follow the Twitter and Facebook channels
  • Support and share content with your audience through your channels
  • Share this with your internal team
  • If you have expert advice which can help people look after themselves or each other during the COVID-19 crisis, please get in touch with us at EPS.Comms-Communities@gov.wales. This may be an existing or planned social media post from your own channels or an idea for a piece of content we could work on together.
  • We would also love to hear what you are doing to help the community during COVID-19, please could you add EPS.Comms-Communities@gov.wales to your mailing or press list.
  • If you have any further questions, contact one of the team EPS.Comms-Communities@gov.wales

Thank you.
