The Section 16 Forum for Cardiff’s Adult Services brings together service providers and unpaid carers and commissioners. The forum provides a space for these providers to share information, discuss key issues, collaborate, and contribute to the development and improvement of services. The forum is currently being reviewed to ensure it is as inclusive, engaging and accessible as possible for all members. Feedback from participants has highlighted that the current name, Transformation and Innovation Forum, does not clearly reflect the purpose of the forum. Cardiff Council are therefore seeking views to help choose a new name that better represents what the forum is about and encourages involvement from a wider group of people. Four forum names are being proposed:
- Shaping Care Together Forum
- Partners in Care Forum
- People and Providers Together Forum
- Working Together for Care Forum
