Throughout July and August, Carers Wales is offering a varied programme of free Me Time sessions for unpaid carers. These friendly and supportive online sessions are designed to help you relax, connect with others, and discover new interests—all from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you’d like to learn something new, get creative, or simply unwind, there’s something for everyone. Sessions include a historical talk around Women in Welsh Coal mining, creating a collage, guided relaxation, creative writing, book club discussions, and much more.
All sessions are free for unpaid carers to attend.
