The Landfill Disposals Tax Communities Scheme (LDTCS) by WCVA funds projects near certain waste transfer stations or landfill sites, with a focus on:
- biodiversity
- waste minimisation and the reduction of waste to landfill, and
- wider environmental enhancements.
The scheme is now open for applications for grants of between £5,000 – £49,999.
For this round of LDTCS, two deadlines are available to enable applications to be assessed promptly when received.
- If you would like your application to be considered as part of window 1, please submit it by 11.59 pm on 5 June 2026.
- If you would like your application to be considered as part of window 2, please submit it by 11.59 pm on 17 July 2026.
