The Public Services Ombudsmen for Wales is organising an annual feedback session (‘Sounding Board’) for advice and advocacy bodies. The session will be held online on 24 March, 1:30pm-3:30pm and will focus on how complaints should be supported, outreach work and the Ombudsman’s accessibility during the pandemic.
