Come and join us the Grow Cardiff Team to celebrate the changing of the seasons, explore the garden and hear stories from the Grow Well volunteers.
The event will start at 12:45pm and the AGM will be at 2:15pm.
Hand made merchandise, including crafts, plant sale and refreshments available on the day
