Cardiff Business School Research Survey

C3SC have recently been contacted by Cardiff Business School about a research project looking into people’s experiences of working in the third sector.

The study is aiming to address gaps in existing management scholarship about employee motivation in the sector, as at present very little is known.

Please consider taking a couple of minutes to complete the following survey: http://cardiff.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cYgQinJDSCxI2vr

The study is based on several paradigms of employee motivation, mainly from the American Public Sector, where the wealth of the research has been undertaken.

Hopefully this research project will begin to start the conversation on the 3rd sector in the academic community and provide a grounding for future, more extensive research.
