Two Rhythms is a disabled arts charity based in the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay and Cerebral Palsy Cymru, Llanishen, working through the mediums of dance, music and therapeutic activity. They are currently working on applying for funding to develop an educational programme for Young Adults with learning disabilities to respond to a need and fill a gap in provision post education. In order to do this they need support from parents, carers and guardians of such young adults and those working for organisations within the care and education sector.
