Venue
The event will be held at the Angel Hotel, Castle Street, Cardiff CF10 1SZ. Centrally located in the heart of Cardiff, just a short walk from Cardiff Castle and within easy reach of public transport links.
What to expect
The Showcase Event will focus on:
- Sharing the successes of the National Framework for Social Prescribing
- The vision and ambitions of the National Framework for Social Prescribing
- Practical examples of delivery and impact
- Collaboration across health, social care, local authorities and the voluntary sector
- Learning, innovation and future opportunities for social prescribing
