Week 1 – 30 July – Physical activity with a focus on 20mph schemes
‘How do you feel about reducing the speed limit in your area to 20mph in order to encourage walking and cycling?’
A Physical Activity factsheet ‘Stand more, be active and move more’ is now available on the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board (UHB) website and at http://www.cardiffandvaleuhb.wales.nhs.uk/dph-annual-report-2014. The factsheets contain lots of web-links and information about being more active and suggests actions for organisations, groups and individuals.
- Week 2 – 6 Aug – Alcohol with a focus on empty calories consumed
