This guidance is to assist you when you are required to download PDM (Pro Delivery Manager) App on iOS or Android store on your phone or device, so the hospital can track this delivery. Please follow the guidance and use the username/email and password provided by the Cardiff Volunteer Centre @C3SC to log in.

If you do not have access to internet, do not want the delivery to be tracked or do not feel safe or comfortable to deliver to residences, please do not apply for this opportunity. You can apply for other tasks such as to deliver prescriptions which does not require you to download a trackable delivery App.
