In Cardiff’s Corporate Parenting Strategy 2021-2024, the “House Of Dreams” shows the aspirations for these young people highlighting that they do wish to obtain good grades, explore further education such as college and have their own money/income from a good job with career opportunities.
Studies have shown that if a child or young person has a consistent and reliable role model in their lives, it will help build resilience and improve their overall outcomes.
Join us on Wednesday 6th December 11am – 12.30pm to find out how Cardiff Commitment are working with employers such as John Lewis to create Flexible/Supported Employment Pathways for Children Looked After and Care Experienced Young People.
