Ombudsman introduces PSOW – A Targeted Phone Service for Complainants

The Ombudsman has introduced PSOW – a targeted phone service to support people who may be hesitant to make a formal written complaint. The service allows organisations and stakeholders who advise or represent complainants to refer them directly to a dedicated officer, who can take complaints by phone in Welsh, English, or with interpretation for other languages. Organisations are encouraged to share details of the service within their networks.
