New Training Course for 2025 – RNIB Learning Disabilities

RNIB Learning Disabilities Training – 16th May 2025
RNIB is expanding its Living with Sensory Loss training to include Learning Disabilities. This face-to-face training session will take place at County Hall on Friday, 16th May 2025, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
The training will provide key skills to support older residents, relatives, and friends with learning disabilities, covering:
  • Identifying signs of sight loss
  • Understanding sight loss in people with learning disabilities
  • Accessing eyecare services
  • Creating an inclusive environment
If successful, further sessions will be scheduled for the 2025/26 training calendar.
