Watch My Needs is a new and innovative project funded by the Big Lottery through ACE Cardiff. Its aim is to give people recently diagnosed with dementia and their families the opportunity to learn some Makaton, a language that involves not only speech but also signs and symbols. It is an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation and make new friends during the fun and informative sessions.
