Mental Health Forum Training – February & March 2025

Cardiff & Vale Mental Health Forum offers free training on key mental health topics:

  • Minority Ethnic Communities Mental Health Awareness – 3rd Feb, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, OnlineLed by Diverse Cymru (Adferiad), this session explores mental health challenges within minority ethnic communities.
  • Who Does What Where in Mental Health – 7th Feb, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM, St Paul’s Community Centre, PenarthA guide to key mental health services and available support in Cardiff & the Vale.
  • Finding Your Way – 12th Feb, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, OnlineHosted by Samaritans, this session introduces resources for those struggling with wellbeing, loneliness, or suicidal thoughts.
  • Gambling Awareness – 5th March, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PMLed by GamCare, covering gambling risks and available support services.
