Diverse Cymru and C3SC are running a project involving people from diverse communities in Government and well-being in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

As part of these launch events Age Cymru will be holding informal focus groups during the second half of the event gathering your views on social care advocacy

The Golden Thread Advocacy Programme is supporting local authorities and providers to meet new requirements for advocacy under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act. We need citizens’ views and feedback to help us make sure that our work is achieving its goals. If advocacy is of interest to you please join us for a short presentation and discussion.

The programme is funded by Welsh Government and led by Age Cymru in partnership with Diverse Cymru and Age Connects.
