Alcohol Awareness Week ‘Alcohol and Families’ 13th and 19th November 2017 aims to get people talking about how much they drink and the risks involved and how by making small changes people can help reduce the risk to their health.
The focus this year is ‘Alcohol and Families’. You can use this opportunity to start a conversation around problematic alcohol use to help break the cycle of silence and stigma that is all too often experienced by families.
Alcohol Awareness Week will take place between the 13th and 19th November 2017. Public Health Wales are supporting organisations to get involved by offering you a campaign toolkit (to follow) accompanied by resources to run your own alcohol campaign.
If you would like to order free resources to support your campaign please contact caroline.mullins@wales.nhs.uk to arrange collection from our offices at 1st Floor, Global Link, Dunleavy Drive, Cardiff CF11 0SN
