Multisport Social Health and Wellbeing – May/June 2025 Sessions
Adults with learning disabilities are invited to join Multisport Social Health and Wellbeing C.I.C. for inclusive sport and dance activities across Cardiff. Sessions such as Zumba, Boccia, Pilates, and Ball Skills help to improve fitness, wellbeing, and confidence while offering opportunities to meet friends and learn new skills.
  • Free taster sessions available throughout May and June 2025 at Llanishen Leisure Centre.
  • Weekly sessions at various Cardiff locations, including St Luke’s Church and Llanishen Leisure Centre.
