Dementia Friendly Cardiff Festival are very excited to invite you to their Dementia Friendly Cardiff Festival at Llanover Hall on 18^th May as part of Dementia Action Week. The event will be an opportunity for people with dementia and their carers to find out more about services available to them, as well as a chance to take part in some fun activities.
