Over 30,000 people suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest every year in the UK, but less than one in ten currently survive. Early CPR and defibrillation can more than double a person’s chances of survival in some cases. Around 80% of these cardiac arrests happen at home, so we’re more likely to need to give CPR to someone we know, like a friend or family member.

The BHF’s free online tool teaches you CPR and how to use a defibrillator in just 15 minutes. It couldn’t be simpler – you just need your mobile phone or tablet and a cushion to practise on. RevivR will give you the confidence to step in and save a life in the ultimate medical emergency.
