Penarth Pier Pavilion welcomes our veterans to a welfare support day dedicated to them.

A number of veterans’ support organisations will be on hand to provide information and advice to veterans. If you or members of your family have served in the Armed Forces this is for you.

Doors will open at 10.00am for coffee and the meeting will commence at 11.00am. The speakers are:-

– David Melding AM
– Colonel Tony Phillips, Reserve Forces Liaison Officer Combat Stress
– John Skipper, author of a recent report on Welfare Services for the Armed Forces Community in Wales
– Maureen Neave, Vale Council, who will speak on Welfare Benefits

Lunch will be provided and admission is free – please let Matthew know you’d like to attend by Monday 23rd October for catering purposes. The meeting will finish at about 3.30pm.
