Are you a volunteer supervisor, manager or coordinator in Cardiff? Want to know how to effectively and safely recruit, select and induct volunteers? This training course is for you!

- Recognise ways volunteering can be made more accessible to all
- Be familiar with methods to recruit a diversity of volunteers
- Recognise selection as a two-way process and be familiar with a range of selection tools
- Understand the use and limitations of DBS checks
- Understand how to make every volunteer feel welcomed
Date: Tuesday 8th December 2026
