To raise awareness surrounding the restrictions for BME women but also to promote and celebrate successful women who inspire, lead and affect change.

Race Equality First, sponsored by Eluned Parrott AM, is holding this event to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. The theme is ‘Visible women: Empowering girls and women in Wales’.

The event will include speeches by inspirational women, a Q&A panel and workshops around the theme of Leadership & Management.

Including:

– Inspirational speakers
– ‘Breaking the Glass Ceiling’ workshop
– Meet local women’s gropus and organisations
– ‘Inspiring Change’ workshop

There will also be an opportunity for attendees to network with each other over lunch (which will be provided).
