The five-year Engage to Change project will work with 800 employers across Wales to help 1000 young people with a learning disability and/or autism develop their employment skills through paid placements.

The Engage to Change project is delivered in partnership between Learning Disability Wales, Agoriad Cyf, All Wales People First, Cardiff University, ELITE and incorporating Project SEARCH. Engage to Change is being funded by the Big Lottery Fund in partnership with Welsh Government through the Getting Ahead 2 grant – the largest ever awarded by the Fund in Wales.
