The Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity and Sociology at University of Manchester is examining changing dynamics and persistence of racism and inequality in the UK (www.Ethnicity.ac.uk/events).
Part of the work of the Centre has been to look at differences in policy, activism and personal experiences in different parts of the UK. Friday’s event in Butetown will be the fourth of a series of pop-up one-day events taking place across the UK.
The Centre wants to let people know about the work they’re doing and why their research in Butetown and Cardiff. But they also want to hear people’s experiences and stories so please do go along to share yours.
