Rydym yn falch o rannu y bydd digwyddiad Wythnos Gofalwyr yn cael ei gynnal ar Ddydd Iau 11 Mehefin 2026, 11:00yb – 1:30yp yn:

Heol Andrew
Penarth
CF64 2NS

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn yn cael ei gynnal mewn partneriaeth gan Gyngor Caerdydd, Cyngor Bro Morgannwg a TuVida.

Hoffem wahodd gofalwyr di-dâl ac aelodau o’r cyhoedd i fynegi eu diddordeb mewn mynychu.

Bydd y digwyddiad yn cynnig cyfle i:
– Ddarganfod mwy am gymorth a gwasanaethau lleol
– Cysylltu â sefydliadau ledled Caerdydd a Bro Morgannwg
– Cael mynediad at wybodaeth, cyngor a chymorth llesiant
– Cymryd rhan mewn amrywiaeth o weithgareddau rhagflas wedi’u dylunio i gefnogi iechyd a lles

Good afternoon,

We are pleased to share that a Carers Week event will be taking place on Thursday 11 June 2026, 11:00am – 1:30pm at:

Penarth Leisure Centre
Andrew Road
Penarth
CF64 2NS

This event is being delivered in partnership by Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council and TuVida.

We would like to invite unpaid carers and members of the public to express their interest in attending. The event will offer an opportunity to:
– Find out about local support and services
– Connect with organisations across Cardiff and the Vale
– Access information, advice and wellbeing support
– Take part in a range of taster activities designed to support health and wellbeing

– Complementary Afternoon Tea for unpaid carers
