Carers Trust Wales – Survey for third sector organisations and network partners

Carers Trust Wales would like to hear from third-sector organisations and network partners working with unpaid carers who care for someone living with dementia. We are exploring whether a Wales-wide network would be useful for delivery-level practitioners/ carer representatives to connect, share learning and strengthen knowledge exchange across Wales.

We have launched a three-year project funded by the Shaw Foundation to improve recognition of and support for older carers who care for someone living with dementia in Wales. As part of this work, we welcome your views on whether a carer/dementia-focused network at delivery level would be helpful to share best practice, highlight challenges and identify gaps in support.

This would also enable Carers Trust Wales to convene the network, feed insights back to Regional Partnership Boards and help influence national policy, supporting more informed decision-making for unpaid carers who care for someone living with dementia across Wales.

The survey should take around 3 minutes to complete. We will share a short summary of results and propose next steps with partners once the survey has closed.
