The ‘Move More’ team from Cardiff Met Sport empower people to explore the physical activity opportunities our city has to offer, particularly those who face additional challenges to being active, or who are not currently active.Find out more about who they are and what they do through their short, animated video here.The Move More team are excited to share 3 short promotional videos with you that outline some of their ongoing projects and collaborations. Please share these widely with your colleagues and networks to help increase knowledge of the physical activity opportunities in Cardiff amongst community members and health, social care and third sector professionals.National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) ‘transition’ sessionsWorking in partnership with Better Leisure Centres and the NERS team in Cardiff, the Move More team are currently offering several new ‘transition’ sessions to support people in continuing to exercise following the completion of their 16-week exercise referral course. These sessions are specially tailored to help people to build and maintain longer-term exercise habits to improve their health and well-being.
