Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale offers a free, independent, non-judgemental and confidential service to people aged 50+ affected by cancer who lives in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan.
Age Connects can help with:
∙ Attending medical appointments with you, including chemotherapy/radiotherapy
∙ Offer support and understanding / Give time and listen
∙ Help you to find out what other practical help is available
∙ Assign a support worker to you who has direct experience of cancer
∙ Help you with paperwork / complete forms
