Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC)

Committed to Volunteering and Community Action

C3SC is the umbrella charity that develops, promotes, supports and represents the voluntary sector and volunteering in Cardiff.  We provide advice, information, training, grants and services to help community groups and organisations support people in the city who are most in need. Our services include helping groups to set-up and run their activities and services, find funding and resources, coordinate volunteering schemes and find volunteers, and have their voice heard in consultations, strategic meetings and other activities throughout the year.

Our offices are based at Butetown Community Centre (First Floor), Loudoun Square, CF10 5JA. We are open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) – call or drop in to see us from 10am to 4pm.

If you have any questions or want to find out more about how we can help, please email enquiries@c3sc.org.uk, fill in a short contact form here or call us using our contact details below.

For general advice or information, please visit our website –  https://c3sc.org.uk/support/ - where you can also find out more about the support we offer and how we can help you, and access our leaflet here to learn more about C3SC and joining us as a member.

For help with finding a Volunteering opportunity or with recruiting volunteers, please visit the Volunteering-Wales platform.  You can find opportunities – searchable by location, skills and interest – to suit you, and organisations looking to recruit volunteers can register here to promote your volunteering opportunities.  For general advice regarding volunteering, please visit our website – https://c3sc.org.uk/volunteer/
