C3SC AGM 2020 “Time to Talk Communities”

We hosted our Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting ‘Time to Talk Communities’ on Friday 13 November – World Kindness Day. Thank you to our members, supporters, staff and Trustees for attending!
This was the first Annual Meeting we held on-line, and we were delighted to be a part of the discussion and to hear contributions about the invaluable work supporting people through the challenges of the past year, and how best we can support this to continue.
We heard from our Chairman setting the scene for the event.  Our CEO invited a great discussion to help shape the support C3SC provides in the local community, and Anna Ros Woudstra – C3SC’s Participation and Engagement Coordinator – conducted a live poll and led a lively chat to gather thoughts and ideas.
Sheila Hendrickson-Brown, our CEO said – ‘it was great to have the opportunity to hear from our members and partners about how we can support the vital contribution the third sector makes in our communities and to advocate for this to be built in to what comes next.  It was so pleasing to hear the importance placed on us providing up to date information and co-producing a strategy to support community wellbeing, and the third sector to connect and thrive.’

We were pleased to present our Annual Review and Report highlighting the progress we have made in our development work in the last year helping to identify local needs and working collaboratively to provide appropriate solutions.  Copies of the reports are available in the links below;
