New Dementia Training eProspectus now available

After months of development, testing and collaboration with partners the Dementia Learning and Development team has launched a new digital Dementia Learning eProspectus.

This is much more than a training brochure. It offers a new, interactive way to explore our dementia learning opportunities across health, social care, local authority and third sector services.

What’s different?

  • Always up to date Unlike our previous prospectuses, the eProspectus can be updated live, ensuring you always have access to the latest training opportunities and information.
  • Easier to navigate We’ve designed it to reduce the confusion that can sometimes come with finding the right learning opportunities. Interactive features, videos, maps and simple navigation make it easier than ever to find the training rooms. And if it’s still a challenge, we can easily adapt the videos to meet your needs.
  • Designed with our partners The eProspectus has been tested with a number of our working partners, helping us shape a resource that is practical, accessible and engaging. However, we are always keen to receive feedback as we continue to develop and improve it.
  • Supporting learning across sectors You can register your use of the resource, helping us understand its reach and enabling us to support even more people across organisations to access dementia learning.

This is only the beginning…

Over the next six months, we will be introducing several new learning opportunities and continuing to expand our dementia education offer widelt. We are also exploring exciting developments in dementia e-learning and digital resources, with more projects already in the pipeline.

Importantly, while we’ve introduced a new way to discover our courses, our existing booking process remains exactly the same, making the transition as simple as possible.

We are incredibly proud of what has been created and hope it helps make accessing dementia learning simpler, more engaging and more accessible than ever before.

We would love to hear your thoughts after exploring the eProspectus and there is a feedback form at the back of the book to let us know your thoughts.
