The Cardiff & Vale Advocacy Gateway (CVAG) is the primary access point for individuals seeking advocacy support in the Cardiff & Vale area. CVAG aims to connect individuals and professionals with qualified advocates who protect rights and express views, wishes, and feelings. Advisers on the helpline can provide information and advice on advocacy, can advise on entitlement to advocacy based on care and support needs, and can signpost and refer to relevant advocacy services and other specialist services.

The Service is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. For further details, please follow the website link:
