Subject: Showcase Your Success at the Social Prescribing National Showcase

We’re excited to invite all partners, stakeholders, and project leads to submit a poster or display board for our Social Prescribing National Showcase event on Tuesday 10th March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to shine a spotlight on the brilliant work taking place across Wales and to share the real impact your initiatives are having on people’s lives.

Whether you’ve delivered an innovative programme, gathered inspiring outcomes, built strong community connections, or simply want to raise awareness of your service, we’d love to include your story in our poster board exhibition space.

Your poster or display board can highlight:

  • Key achievements
  • Project journey and learning
  • Success stories from participants
  • Partnerships that made a difference
  • Future ambitions and opportunities

Poster/display specification:

  • Poster/display will be bilingual
  • Posterboard Size 1m wide x 1.83m tall
  • Velcro mounting option
  • Think of the environment and do not laminate

By contributing, you’ll be helping to inspire collaboration, spark new ideas, and give attendees a richer understanding of the incredible breadth of Social Prescribing work happening across Wales.
