WSAS Lunch and Learn ‘Jointly commissioned Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Service’

The Welsh Sexual Assault Services Programme are hosting an online ‘Lunch and Learn’ session on Wednesday 18 September, 1pm-2pm, online via Microsoft Teams. The session will cover information relating to the jointly commissioned Indepedent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service by Sotuh Wales, Dyfed Powys and Gwent Police and Crime Commissioners. New Pathways, who will be speaking at the event, will provide an overview of the service model and delivery. More information can be found below:

 

The Welsh Sexual Assault Services Programme would like to invite you to attend an online ‘Lunch and Learn’ session

This session will provide:

A context to the joint commissioning of an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service by South Wales, Dyfed Powys and Gwent Police and Crime Commissioners. New Pathways will provide an overview of the ISVA service model and how this will be delivered across the 3 Police Force areas to meet the individual needs of victims/survivors of sexual violence and abuse.

The session takes place online via MS Teams, will be recorded and shared on the WSAS web page

Who should attend?

Health colleagues, frontline practitioners, criminal justice agencies, education, local authority representatives, specialist services including violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence services, housing, drug and alcohol abuse services.

 

There will be time for discussion during the event or, alternatively, please feel free to send any questions you may have in advance to be answered on the day.
