We know unpaid carers are facing unprecedented pressures during the cost of living crisis and rising home care costs.
The Respite Grant will make all the difference to carers who are in real need of a rest or a break from their caring role, and may cover a variety of respite options, from dine in deal, spa breaks to gym membership and more.
The Carers Gateway number for carers to call is 02921 921 024. Partners are encouraged to fill out the application form out on behalf of the carer if they cannot do so (using the link below). Carers can also apply directly using the link below, so please do share this information.
Further information about available grants is on our website Want To Apply for A Grant – South East Wales – The Care Collective and under the heading ‘Cardiff & Vale Short Breaks grants’ is where you will find this online application.
