Join this presentation to discover findings and recommendations for OrganisationsManagers and Staff to enable current and future racialised staff to feel safe and included at work.

Describing organisational culture for many is like describing the air – most people haven’t considered what organisational culture really is, let alone how to describe it in a tangible manner.

Policies are clearly designed as a one-size-fits-all in organisations, within which they host discriminative practices.

Most organisations host a set of unwritten/unspoken rules regarding ways of working, which disadvantage people who bring diverse approaches to work. It is expected that staff should conform to the norm, and difference is shunned.

Our findings and recommendations will drive change in the workplace. We will set out:

• WHO is going to do it,

• HOW it will be done, and,

• WHY it’s so necessary.

Employers must LearnAct and Transform.
