World Arthritis Day – Online Activities & Support Sessions (FREE)

In the lead up to World Arthritis Day on October 12th Versus Arthritis will be running a series of free online sessions to provide help and support to those living with an arthritis related condition. These self-management sessions include gentle movement activities in the form of Tai Chi & Yoga, a Relaxation and Mindfulness Session, a Music Therapy Session and our Monthly Information Session on Arthritis and the Menopause.

More details can be found on the attached poster and on the Eventbrite pages (links below) where you can book your place. All sessions will be run via Microsoft Teams and meetings will open 10 mins prior to the start time advertised.
