Mental health inequalities
As part of our inquiry on mental health inequalities, we held scene-setting oral evidence sessions with mental health organisations and the Children’s and Older People’s Commissioners on 24 March 2022.
These sessions drew on the written evidence we received from more than 90 people and organisations, and the focus groups we held with almost 80 people who have lived experience of mental health inequalities.
You can find out more about this inquiry, and what we’ll be focusing on next, in our blog post.

We finished taking evidence on 24 March 2022 with a session with the Minister for Health and Social Services and the Deputy Minister for Social Services.
