Vacancy – C3SC Executive Assistant

Cardiff Third Sector Council was set up in 1997 to support and represent the third sector in Cardiff, helping to drive good practice and provide a voice for this vital, vibrant and innovative sector.

We are seeking to appoint an organised and motivated person to the post of Executive Assistant within the Admin and Finance Team at C3SC.

C3SC Executive Assistant (deadline extended to 25 February 2020 – 12 noon)

NJC Scale Point 21 (£18,638 – £20,138): (37 Hours per week); Term: Permanent

Job Purpose:The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive support service to C3SC’s CEO and team, Board and members, with responsibility for sharing information with our members and potential members across Cardiff using a range of media and C3SC’s Website. They will have excellent IT skills, be highly organised, efficient and courteous, with a commitment to positive team working and excellent customer service.
