C3SC is working with Cardiff Council’s Neighbourhood Partnership Officers to deliver three funding workshops to assist local organisations to make applications to the Cardiff Neighbourhood Partnership Fund.
The Fund aims to support groups and organisations across the six neighbourhood partnership areas of Cardiff to promote health and well-being, and address some of issues being highlighted in the local Neighbourhood Partnership Action Plans. You can access the six action plans here.
£10,000 has been allocated to each area to support groups working on community-based solutions to the highlighted issues, with groups able to apply for up to £1,500 for their project. To be eligible for the funding, groups must have the support of an elected member of the Council.
The funding workshops, to be held in the autumn, will help groups identify how they can gain this support as well as going through other aspects of the eligibility criteria and ensuring their projects are robust and achievable.
Further information on the Neighbourhood Partnerships can be found on the Cardiff Partnership website and details of the workshop dates, times and locations will be confirmed in September.
