The Wizz Air Cardiff Half Marathon will raise money for survivors of Domestic Abuse, Violence against Women and Sexual Abuse.

A message on behalf of Bawso:

Join our team today. Together we can support women fleeing domestic abuse.  

As part of our team, you can expect:

· Training plan and support   

· Regular fundraising support from our experienced Events Team with tips on how to smash your target  

· Cheer point along the route  

· Access to the Bawso Society WhatsApp running group, where you can share tips with other runners
