Welsh Government’s ten-year plan for A Healthier Wales sets a single, shared vision for health and social care in Wales,in which the third sector, both the paid and unpaid workforce, including volunteers and unpaid carers, play an integral part.
This free conference is for third sector organisations and public sector teams working at a strategic and/or senioroperational level. It’s a chance to explore the key role for the third sector in realising how the ambitious vision can be made into reality.

Mae’r gynhadledd hon, sydd am ddim, wedi’i threfnu ar gyfer sefydliadau’r trydydd sector a thimau’r sector cyhoeddus sy’n gweithio ar lefel strategol a/neu lefel weithredol uwch. Mae’n gyfle i edrych ar swyddogaeth allweddol y trydydd sector wrth droi’r weledigaeth uchelgeisiol yn realiti.
