Join us for a morning of creativity and connection.
Dip your toe into something new and experience how the arts and creativity can support your own wellbeing – feel more relaxed and grounded, or inspired and uplifted.
You can take part in 2 workshops and we will also be joined by Nesta Lloyd-Jones, Assistant Director at Welsh NHS Confederation and Emily van de Venter, from Public Health Wales who will tell us about their forthcoming Hapus campaign.
Organised by Wales Arts, Health and Wellbeing Network for Social Prescribers and Community Connectors in Wales.
The event is for Link Workers, Community Connectors, Social Prescribers across Wales.
Aims of the morning:
– Time for yourself
– Opportunity to network
– Experiential understanding of the benefit of the arts
– Listen to inspirational speakers: Nesta Lloyd (NHS Confed) + Emily van de Venter (Hapus Campaign, Public Health Wales)
